Responsive Launches Agent and Customer Communication Site
March 8, 2019: Responsive Auto Insurance is excited to announce the launch of a new website page dedicated to sharing news and information about the Company. The new section will provide agents and customers with timely updates on new system features, changes to company policies, and additional customer-facing capabilities. From time to time, the site will also include training tools, Company announcements, and other information.
“Agents have been asking us to communicate proactively about our business,” said Responsive Auto Chief Executive John Machul. “We have taken many steps in the past couple of years to fulfill on their requests. This is one more link in the chain.”
Along with the new site, the Company announced a new motto: “We are…Responsive.” Machul explained, ”We call ourselves ‘Responsive,’ so it is up to every employee to live that message. We have made enough progress to stake that claim publicly. And, we know we have more steps to take.”
Providing agents with an easy way to learn about news and information is just another way that we are…Responsive.
