Electronic Signatures Help Agents Sell, Even When Customers Are Not in the Office


Responsive Auto continues to take steps to improve the convenience of our business policies and system for agents and customers alike. The Company recently improved its electronic signature tool for new business policies so that customers can sign a policy electronically, whether the customer is in the office with the agent or in a remote location, such as their place of work or home.

“Customers love signing electronically,” said John Machul, Responsive Auto’s Chief Executive. “With all of the traffic challenges in Florida, many customers prefer to shop from their homes. Responsive wanted to provide electronic signature tools for both the in-office and the remote customer in order to make buying a policy from Responsive easier and faster for both customers and agents. There were some system fixes that needed to be made for the remote signature offering – we made those in the fall of 2018. Frankly, since the system upgrade, customers and agents have really liked the out-of-office electronic signature option.”
