Introducing A New, Flexible Payment Plan

We know many people are struggling in this current economic environment and could use a little help. With our new low down payment plan, Responsive customers will now have greater flexibility and, most importantly, more time. Benefits include:

• An additional 6 days to pay invoices
• An additional 2 days before late fees are applied
• An additional 4 days to reinstate most policies
• 10 days to renew a policy after its expiration date

For new customers: The new bill plan goes into effect beginning August 12, 2020.

For existing customers: The new bill plan goes into effect (on a rolling basis) for policyholders renewing on or after September 26, 2020.
