Honk—Roadside Assistance Made Simpler
Our new partnership with HONK provides our policyholders with a simpler and more efficient way to access roadside assistance. HONK helps streamline roadside service, may reduce out-of-pocket costs, and connects customers with a large network of service providers.
Benefits for customers with Physical Damage Coverage, Towing, Labor & Rental, or Enhanced Towing coverage:
- Lower upfront costs: Customers only pay the amount that exceeds their coverage limit.
- Most covered services are handled through HONK, so reimbursement paperwork is typically not needed.
Benefits for customers without Physical Damage Coverage or towing coverage:
- Roadside assistance can still be accessed through HONK.
- Discounted rates and access to preferred service providers.
Accessing HONK
Customers can request roadside assistance through the Responsive mobile app (recommended) or by calling Responsive and following the appropriate prompts.
