Late Fees Waived for All Customers Through May, 2020

 

As part of its on-going effort to help customers during the unprecedented Covid-19 crisis, Responsive Auto Insurance announced today that it would waive Late Fees for all customers who request a waiver through May 31, 2020. The policy will become effective on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

Company President and Chief Executive, John Machul, said, “Ten million Americans have filed for unemployment benefits in the past two weeks. This is unprecedented. Some of our customers are struggling with adjusting to the Covid-19 pandemic. We at Responsive want to do our part to help our customers save as much money as possible during a challenging time, and this is the most immediate way we can be of assistance.” For customers with a policy number beginning with three numbers (220, 440, 660, etc.), the fee waiver will appear automatically when the customer makes a payment on a late policy.
