Now Live: Responsive Quick Pay & Notifications

Managing payments can be time-consuming, which is why we’re pleased to announce the launch of two new functions that’ll make paying faster, easier, and hassle-free: Responsive Quick Pay and policyholder notifications.

Responsive Quick Pay
With Responsive Quick Pay, customers in the new system can now pay with a credit/debit card through our website (https://pay.responsiveauto.com) in three easy steps:

  • Step 1: Select the “Make a Payment” button on the homepage
  • Step 2: Find their policy with policy number, phone number on file, and zip code
  • Step 3: Choose payment amount and enter credit/debit card information

Policyholder Notifications
Notifications is another way we’re helping customers keep up on their payments. When an agent adds a new customer, they’ll automatically get a text notification welcoming them to Responsive, as well as ongoing payment and policy notifications. They can opt out of notifications at any time.
