Responsive Auto announced that it has introduced another customer-focused change to its communications. The company now offers simpler, easier-to-read invoices to almost all of its customers.
“The new invoice has been a huge hit with customers, who have welcomed the clearer design,” said John Machul, Responsive Auto’s Chief Executive Officer. The new invoice features multiple colors, a clear description of the payment options, and an easy-to-read summary of important policy information.
The new invoices started rolling out to customers in late January, and the early feedback from customers and agents has been very favorable.
