Rewrites Now Available

Responsive Auto has taken a critical step towards helping customers maintain their insurance coverage. The company now offers agents the option to re-write a policy with a simple, easy-to-follow process directly in our system.

“Customers miss payments from time-to-time, so we have created an easy method for agents to re-start a customer’s insurance coverage,” said John Machul, Responsive Auto’s Chief Executive. He explained that through the quick, convenient use of a re-write, the customer’s agent can price and underwrite a new policy in seconds, not minutes, getting the customer’s coverage re-started as quickly as possible.

Re-writes are available on policies which have recently canceled for non-payment. When a policy is eligible, a “re-write” button will appear on the appropriate screen in Responsive’s system. An agent can click on the re-write button, and the customer’s information will be transferred from the cancelled policy to the new policy application. It’s simple and convenient for both the agent and the customer.
